2021 applications now open
With the obvious complexities surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the decision has been made for all Hat Fair 2021 activity to take place at North Walls Recreation Ground and to prioritise Winchester and Hampshire vendors where we can.
Stalls will be situated throughout the site which will have a controlled capacity and run in 5 sessions over 3 days. Because of this, there will be no more than 15-20 stalls, only available for the full 3 days.
