Hat Fair is a feast for all the senses, and our food and craft markets are a major highlight of the weekend. We love working with independent, ethical, and local traders who bring something unique, high‑quality, and creative to our festival.

Who we look for:

  • Street food masters: Fast‑paced, high‑quality, delicious global cuisines. We highly prioritise sustainable, eco‑friendly packaging!
  • Artisan makers: Handmade jewellery, unique art prints, sustainable fashion, and craft goods.
  • Local produce: Local honey, baked goods, cider, and treats.
