Hat Fair has always valued its amazing team of volunteers who every year help to make the festival happen. Whether working in the office or providing information for artists and audience members, Hat Fair volunteers can be sure to have fun!
Being a volunteer at Hat Fair offers the opportunity to learn more about the festival and be part of a team that is committed to offering the best in outdoor theatre to the city of Winchester.
We have a number of opportunities for people to assist us, so please let us know how you would like to help.
Work Experience
Hat Fair also has a small number of work experience placements available each year to students at Secondary School, College or University level. These placements can be tailored around your course requirements.
