Saturday is fiesta!! Every corner of the city comes alive with site-specific shows, street entertainment and daring acts, both absurd and enchanting.

Street Continental

As we move into the evening, join the Hat Fair Street Continental with a carnival procession from the Buttercross, down the High Street to the Broadway, where you will find uplifting music to get your toes tapping and large scale performance to wow you as the sun goes down.

Music

This year, we will be featuring the inimitable Ratfinks, a seven piece band with eccentric style and verve, and Top Cats, an explosive mix of rocksteady, ska and reggae fronted by the legendary Natty Bo. The Magic Number, a combination of gipsy swing and skiffle style tunes will be playing around town on Saturday. Food and drink is available in Abbey Gardens.
